I am a professionally trained chef, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu at Texas Culinary Academy in Austin, TX, in 2006. With 19 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industry, my passion for food started long before my professional training. At just 8 years old, I found joy in cooking for my family, experimenting with flavors, and creating meals that brought people together. That love for food and creativity has only grown stronger over the years.

Baking became a part of my journey in 2019 when I was challenged to make a pound cake for a customer. After a few failed attempts, I mastered the craft and discovered a new passion. Since then, I’ve been dedicated to creating freshly baked goods that bring warmth, nostalgia, and joy to every bite. For me, food is more than just nourishment—it’s a way to connect, to serve, and to bring happiness to others.
