A Passion That Started at Eight

My love for cooking started at just eight years old, when I chose to make pancakes for my family instead of watching cartoons. That passion only grew stronger over the years, leading me to train professionally at Le Cordon Bleu. While I initially focused on savory dishes, my baking journey truly began in 2019 when I was challenged to perfect a pound cake recipe. After a few failed attempts, I mastered the art of baking rich, decadent pound cakes—and I haven't stopped since.
